・お客様のもとでニオイが付着したり、汚れ、キズが生じた商品
・納品書、タグ、内紙等付属品を紛失された商品
・商品や外装の状態が、お届け時と大きく変化している場合
・SALE商品、ノベルティ商品

We'll ship your order within 5 working days, exceptions to Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
Delivery schedules are subject to change for pre-order items.

Shipping costs are currently ¥3,000 for all regions.

Taxes and Duties

The prices of products are expressed in Japanese Yen excluding customs duties.
For international shipping, all applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay so please contact to your local customs for the price estimate.
The duties may be charged upon reception of your purchase or invoiced afterwards.
