ご連絡いただきました3営業日（土・日・祝日を除く）以内にご返信いたします。
メールの確認ができ次第、交換分の商品を手配いたします。
サイズ交換希望商品の返送送料はお客様負担となっております。あらかじめご了承ください。

なお、以下の基準に該当する場合はサイズ交換をお受けできませんのでご注意ください。
・到着後4日以上経過した商品
・一度でも外でご使用になった商品・お洗濯をされた商品・お直しされた商品
・お客様のもとでニオイが付着したり、汚れ、キズが生じた商品
・納品書、タグ、内紙等付属品を紛失された商品
・商品や外装の状態が、お届け時と大きく変化している場合
・SALE商品、ノベルティ商品

Delivery Schedule and Shipping Fee

We'll ship your order within 5 working days, exceptions to Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
Delivery schedules are subject to change for pre-order items.

Shipping costs are currently ¥3,000 for all regions.

Taxes and Duties

The prices of products are expressed in Japanese Yen excluding customs duties.
For international shipping, all applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay so please contact to your local customs for the price estimate.
The duties may be charged upon reception of your purchase or invoiced afterwards.

The prices shown on the product page include tax in Japan.
If you order from a country other than Japan, we will charge you the product price and shipping fee.
